Another factor to make building habits easy, is to have clarity of you want to do.
Your desired habit must be clear and precise to avoid overthinking and make you JUST DO IT!
We do this by having IMPLEMENTATION INTENTIONS.
Implementation Intentions are phrases that contain the exact things you will do in order to execute your habit. This must include the WHEN, WHERE and HOW.
You can write this phrases where you can easily find, READ or RECITE it regularly and religiously, for it to be printed in your brain. This will help you remember the habit and lessen overthinking when it’s time to do your habit.
Remember this: YOU DON’T RISE TO THE LEVEL OF YOUR GOALS, BUT YOU FALL TO THE LEVEL OF YOUR SYSTEM
