Habit stacking

Another technique in build new habits fast is to connect them with you old existing habit.

Since you are already doing these old habits consistently, you can make them as trigger for your new habit.

We call this as HABIT STACKING.

You can also make implementation intentions to remind you that when you do a certain old habit, you will then do a new habit you want to form.
