Your environment has a vital role in forming habits. In fact, most of the time, your environment will make you form new habits without you noticing.
If you want to deliberately build new habits, you must design your environment in such a way that it will help you build the new habits you desire instead of hindering you.
The reason behind this is, if your recall the 4 Laws of Behavioral Change, your CUES are all around your environment. Be aware of the cues whether they will trigger a good habit or a bad habit.
Make your CUES for good habits VERY OBVIOUS and CUES for bad habits INVISIBLE.
Take control of your environment, or it will control you.
