We all need accountability to influence us to push thru in building our desired habits.
Having that external force that will remind us and motivate us to do things we need to do is something very helpful because by default we humans are lazy and prefer to stay in our comfort zones.
But some people don’t know that there are 2 types of accountability. Each one may or may not work for you. This is the reason why no matter of the amount of accountability they have, they just can’t push thru.
These types of accountability are PUBLIC and PRIVATE accountability.
You must know yourself, and identify what type of accountability you need to motivate you to build new habits.
