pushing thru to your high bar

As we have said, we cannot achieve big results in the small versions of your habit. But we can achieve consistency.

Once you have achieved consistency, there will be times that you will feel that you can do more effort. 

At this instance, it’s time raise your bar and push a little bit harder. It’s time to increase load or progress in you journey, but sure that you increase gradually that you can still continue consistently. The last thing we want is for you to burn out and go back to zero.

A little push will do, increase the load and again maintain your consistency. Consistent small efforts is way much better than a sudden burst of energy that may ultimately lead to burn out.
