the 4 laws of behavioral change - the habit loop

To understand how habits are formed, we must understand the The 4 Laws of Behavioral Change. 

According to James Clear, ” a habit is a behavior that is repeatedly done until it becomes automatic”. This process is called the “Habit Loop” and there are 4 laws to be considered in order for us to change our behavior and ultimately form a new habit.

  • Make the CUES very Obvious
  • Make the CRAVINGS very Attractive
  • Make the RESPONSE very Easy
  • Make the REWARD very Satisfying

Apply these  laws and you will building new habits effectively.
