eliminate bad habits

Bad habits are also formed thru the Habit Loop.

If we recall the 4 Laws of Behavioral Change, this is how we can effectively build new habits?

Therefore if we want to eliminate bad habits, we simply just do the opposite.

This is how we do it:

  • Make the CUES Invisible
  • Make the CRAVINGS very Unattractive
  • Make the RESPONSE very Hard
  • Make the REWARD very Unsatisfying
