Your Responsibilities as a Expert Product Market Researcher and Sourcing Specialist:
• Utilize tools like Google Trends, marketplace platforms, and specialized software to identify trending and high-potential products.
• Analyze customer pain points, assess problem severity, and estimate financial/time-saving value.
• Conduct competitive analysis and compile product matrices summarizing key data such as potential sales, profit margins, risks, and advertising costs.
• Estimate customer acquisition costs and analyze certification requirements for the Australian market.
Candidate must-haves:
• Proven experience in product sourcing, market research, or procurement (especially for Australian or international markets).
• Strong negotiation skills and familiarity working with Chinese suppliers.
• Proficiency in market research tools (e.g., Google Trends, marketplace analytics).
• Analytical mindset with ability to assess risks, profitability, and market potential.
