✅ Nurture & Retain relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
✅ Optimize the Client Experience, guiding them through job posting, candidate selection, and hiring.
✅ Monitor & Analyze client needs, providing feedback to improve our service offerings.
✅ Collaborate with the Recruitment Team to match the right talent with the right clients.

💡 What We’re Looking For:
✔ 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client success (preferably in HR, recruitment, or digital marketing).
✔ Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving client satisfaction.
✔ Strong communication & negotiation skills – you know how to close deals and build trust.
✔ Tech-savvy & data-driven – familiar with CRM tools, email outreach platforms, and analytics.
✔ Self-motivated & proactive – you take ownership and drive results without waiting for instructions.
✔ Deep understanding of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, etc.) is a plus!
