✅ Engage & Nurture relationships with job seekers, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
✅ Collaborate with the Client Acquisition team to match top talent with job opportunities.
✅ Optimize Recruitment Strategies to ensure we attract and retain A-players.

💡 What We’re Looking For:
✔ 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR (preferably in digital marketing roles).
✔ Proven track record of hiring top-performing talents in remote and freelance settings.
✔ Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking).
✔ Excellent communication & people skills – you know how to spot and sell the right opportunities to the right talents.
✔ Tech-savvy – comfortable using ATS, recruitment tools, and digital hiring platforms.
