My Lazada shopping experience
I’ve known Lazada for practically since it started
I was really intrigued
My eyes were stuck on these products:
HUION H420 PEN TABLET
Since I was and still am a frustrated digital painter, and still am, I always wanted to have my own graphic pen tablet. But the standard graphic tablet used in digital drawing and painting is way of my budget, this one caught my attention. With a very affordable price and a lot of positive reviews especially in amazon.
With an average of 4 star in a total of almost 1,000 reviews, I just thought I couldn’t go wrong here.
WORLDE PANDA MINI MIDI CONTROLLER
Another frustration of mine is music. Though I can play musical instruments, but I had a very hard time composing and recording. And seeing this, just lit up my musical side again. And I just have to buy it, even though I am never sure of its quality. I know, when you buy a China made product, you’ll know it’s quality is never quality. But, even though, I just have to have this ASAP.
ANTICIPATION OF A LONG WAIT
So I placed my orders. The two products of my frustrations just to test the Effortless Lazada Shopping. Since Lazada have PayPal as a payment option, I used my account to pay for the order. And this is actually to its extreme. Because I place my order on Aug 6, 2016 and the receipt says I will receive shipment by September 6, 2016. Both of them 1 month, before I can receive them on my doorstep.
This is because, both of these are order from abroad and is handled by a partner, not by Lazada themselves, that is particularly Island Mall and TOMTOP. So, even though I know I will be waiting for so long, I calmed my heart and just trusted everything to the Effortless Lazada Shopping advocacy, and went on with the orders.
The unexpected expectations
Though I was really ready to receive my orders after a month, just a week after, that is August 13, Saturday, I received a message and an email from Lazada, informing me that one of my orders is already in transit. And immediately the day after, August 14, another message says that it will be delivered that day.
And since it’s a Sunday, I was at home as usual relaxing, and I was really happy to expect the delivery, 3 weeks earlier than I expected.
The first one to be delivered was the Worlde Panda Mini MiDI controller. The delivery came at around 3pm, by a friendly delivery man. I received the product, I handed my ID and signed a form.

The next day, I received another text message and email that the other product I ordered is already in transit and would be delivered by the next day. And true enough, by the next day, August 16, Tuesday, another text confirmation came and I again excited to receive my order 3 weeks earlier than expected.
The package came at around 5pm and delivered by the same delivery man. This time we were like friends and didn’t have to give my ID for confirmation.
The package is covered with the same insulator-type pouch and an orange plastic bag. When I unboxed it, the Huion H420 graphic pen tablet comes with a manual and an installer CD and a USB cable. Right after my unboxing of course, I tested it, and really worked like a wonder. So responsive and works well to all designing software I have like Photoshop, Illustrator, Autodesk Sketchpad Pro and Paintool Sai.
The over-all Lazada Shopping experience
My first time to purchase on Lazada is really a leap of faith. I never really imagined that I took the risk of purchasing an amount of almost P4,000 and would be delivered 1 month upon settling

Though I have read some reviews at Lazada that there are some unsuccessful deliveries. Like, very late delivery and worse cancelation of orders, damaged products etc. But luckily I got both of my orders in good shape and earlier than expected. With an experience like this, it is very tempting to do more shopping. Especially, shopping is just done with a flick of the finger. But for now, I will just hold myself back, and reserve my funds for more important purchases. For now, I will just enjoy playing with these newly purchased toys.

I have never bought from Lazada. Although from time to time I check them out to see prices and still prefer to buy from retail stores. I am kinda the type of person who wants to hold and touch first before buying. Previous experience shopping online has always been positive. For instance, I once bought directly the company a software called QuickBooks. I also once bought coats from Macy's. I have bought a few times from Amazon. All transactions were completed without any trouble at all.

I've never ordered at Lazada. But I might take look now. I love online shopping. Always finding new things. And it's great that your order was there in time. (early even). That's a big plus!
i've bought from lazada sg once, and seriously… never again. it's hardly lazada's fault, to be honest, but the courier company they engaged was already infamous for being really bad with their deliveries. there was actually so many no shows from the courier guy. there was tracking on my parcel and every morning my parcel comes out for delivery, and then only to get cancelled and returned to a different branch office. it just went around the entire country but to my home. i even reached out to lazada for them to intervene and all they gave me was an empty promise. so yup, lazada? never again.

I have the same thought too when purchasing online.. i always have this doubt na maiiscam ako or something wrong will come along the process of shipping but I'm glad I was able to conquer that fear after my first successful online transaction (not with Lazada though).. I've ordered from Lazada quite a few times now. Haven't had any problems so far. And like your experience it always arrives earlier than expected. I've heard complaints about Lazada hopefully though my experience stays the same.
I used to love Lazada! When it newly launches their site they truly offer impeccable products and service. However, we've been disappointed with them. We ordered a memory card and a Go Pro battery from them. Lo and behol, it was fake, both of them. :/
They deliver fast! I also shop with them and so far I don't encounter anything bad with them.
I am a frequent customer of Lazada and I can really say that they deliver. The only thing that sucks is their support. I once had to exchange an item because its damaged but since it shipped from abroad, they need to process a refund instead. To cut the story short, it took me a month to have it resolved and ended up receiving a voucher from them.
I love Lazada! I've already bought several products from them and they never failed when it comes to delivery and giving updates to their customers. They also have a friendly and helpful customer service (I called them up when I failed to be at the premises when they delivered one of my orders). Just today that I got the perfume thatI bought and I was really really happy. I even got it on a discounted price! Lazada is one of the most reliable online shops there is.
I've shopped from Lazada a few times already, and it's been a good experience even though some of my orders didn't live up to expectations… Lol. What I like about Lazada (and same other online shopping platforms who does the same) is they send out sms and notify you the day you'll be receiving the package. The only thing about Lazada is some of the stuff sold in there are unfortunately fake (cosmetics and the like, bags, etc.) that's why I make it to a point that when I buy stuff it's not something I'd be applying to my skin.

I ordered at Lazada several times. And several times i didnt learn my lesson. The first i got was not functioning well. I was told by the clueless delivery man that i cNnot open the package to check. If insist and found out its not functioning well, i need to report to Lazada and request for replacement. And for the replacement, i need to pay a new shipping fee. My second and third experience were pretty much the same. I hope The Lazada now truly offers efforless shopping.
