Your Responsibilities as a Bookkeeper/Administration Officer:
• Assist in developing and documenting policies, procedures, training materials, office templates, and staff acknowledgments.
• Support preparations for CPA, ARITA, AFSA, and ASIC audits, as well as HR onboarding and internal staff events.
• Maintain internal filing systems and ensure documents are filed accurately.
• Help coordinate business development efforts such as newsletters, marketing events, and client invitations.

Candidate must-haves:
• Proven experience in a professional practice firm and within an administrative function is required.
• A dynamic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated attitude to work in a team and autonomously.
• Confident in liaising directly with clients.
• Professional presentation, as you will be meeting and greeting clients.
