Your Responsibilities as a Customer Service Dispatcher:
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a professional manner.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for treatments, consultations, and technician visits, ensuring smooth operations and optimal time management.
• Dispatch technicians and therapists as needed, ensuring they have the required information and materials for appointments.
• Follow up on leads, maintain active client relationships, and assist with client inquiries.

Candidate must-haves:
• 2-4 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the HVAC, chimney, or home service industries.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms like Facebook for communication.
• Previous experience in a customer service or dispatch role, preferably in a healthcare or wellness setting.
