Are you a pro at keeping customers happy and growing social communities? We’re looking for a Customer Support & Social Media Manager to join our remote team!

Responsibilities:

Daily Tasks:
• Submit daily customer service reports
• Manage and resolve Zendesk support tickets
Weekly Tasks:
• Engage on social media: respond to comments, DMs, and mentions
• Submit weekly reports with key insights

Monthly Tasks:
• Create monthly performance reports for customer support and social media
Additional Duties:
• Track and log positive customer reviews
• Monitor competitor mentions to spot trends
• Schedule engaging social media content

Qualifications:
• 3+ years in customer support and/or social media management
• Experience with Zendesk or similar tools
• Proficient with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn
• Skilled in scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Strong reporting and tracking skills
• Familiar with Google Docs, Sheets, and project management tools
