Sales & Marketing Specialist

Are you a bilingual communicator who loves building relationships, creating content, and supporting growth? We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team remotely!

Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound & outbound calls, emails, and messages
• Build rapport with prospects and clients through kindness and generosity
• Write blog posts and craft messages for marketing campaigns
• Manage CRM entries and follow-ups via Monday.com
• Create visual content using Canva
• Brainstorm and collaborate with the team on creative ideas
• Help execute campaigns and distribute digital content

Qualifications:
• Female candidate based in South America
• Native-level fluency in Spanish and English (spoken & written)
• Highly organized, fast learner, and intelligent
• Excellent writing skills — friendly, professional, and engaging
• Naturally positive, enthusiastic, and confident on client calls
• Basic Canva and design proficiency
• Familiarity with (or fast learner of) CRM tools like Monday.com
• Stable high-speed internet and uninterrupted power (non-negotiable)
