RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the primary technical contact for project implementation & support
- Collaborate on project scoping and detailed planning
- Create thorough technical documentation — network diagrams, procedures, and execution plans
- Implement and configure solutions based on specifications and best practices
- Train internal teams on new systems and processes
- Track project progress and ensure quality, on-time delivery
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards
- Recommend process improvements and proactive solutions
- Available for occasional evening/weekend project rollouts
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide resolutions
- Stay updated with the latest industry tech and tools
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of IT infrastructure project experience
- Relevant certifications:
- Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator Associate
- Windows Server Hybrid Administrator (AZ-800 & AZ-801)
- Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104)
- Fortinet NSE4 & NSE5
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering
Proficiency in:
- Cisco Meraki
- Microsoft Endpoint Manager
- Azure Active Directory (Azure AD)
- Microsoft 365 (OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange Online)
- Bilingual in English and French (Required)
