RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and maintain system hardware, servers, and processes
- Install, configure, and upgrade physical & virtual servers
- Manage network infrastructure — switches, firewalls, VPNs
- Implement security protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection
- Develop and test backup & disaster recovery plans
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshoot issues
- Keep system documentation updated and organized
- Apply patches, updates, and upgrades regularly
- Monitor performance and plan for system capacity
- Collaborate with IT, network, and cybersecurity teams
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 8+ years of IT infrastructure experience
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
Certified in:
- Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator Associate
- Windows Server Hybrid Administrator (AZ-800 & AZ-801)
- Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104)
- Skilled in scripting (PowerShell, Bash)
Expertise in:
- Linux, macOS, Windows Server Clusters
- Dell PowerVaults, MS SQL
- Microsoft 365 (OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange Online)
- Microsoft Intune & Azure
- Fortinet systems
- Strong communication skills in French and English
